An AI strategy is a concrete plan that sets out where, how and in which order your organisation puts AI to work, tied to your business goals and with an expected return per use case. The difference with a vision document: a strategy is something you can act on. When it is done you know which process comes first, what it costs and what it has to deliver.
AI offers opportunities in every sector, but without a plan it is a waste of money and time. This project is for organisations that want to understand the order before they invest.
Law, accountancy, wealth management: where is AI even allowed, what does the regulator require, and which process actually yields billable hours? The strategy answers all three.

A limited budget, so no room for failed pilots. You get the three use cases that pay for themselves fastest, and what you should deliberately leave alone for now.

Tried something with AI that stalled? Usually it was not the technology but the choice of process. We analyse what went wrong and rebuild the roadmap from there.
More →No theoretical story, but documents you can steer by straight away.
Every opportunity in your organisation scored on impact and feasibility, with an expected return per use case. So the argument about what comes first is settled with numbers.
Prioritised on ROIThe order, the dependencies, the lead time and the investment per step. No open ends: you know up front what phase 1 costs and delivers.

Which systems you need (and which you do not), what has to run locally for compliance reasons, and what the first step is for your team.
Compliance framework includedWe analyse your processes, systems and strategic goals. On site wherever that is possible.
We identify where AI has the greatest impact and score every use case on return and feasibility.
You get the concrete strategy: the order, the investment per phase, the technology choices and the compliance framework.
We guide the first steps, or build the first use case ourselves if that is what you want.

I would rather deliver three use cases with a number behind them, so you can start on Monday.
Alex puts it like this:
“A strategy you cannot explain in an afternoon is not going to happen either.”
Do you want an AI strategy for your business but fear it will turn into an expensive failure? You are not alone. Most business owners think they have to invest millions before they can even start. That is nonsense. In this article you read how to start a successful AI transformation without technical knowledge, beginning with small, measurable steps that deliver results straight away.
A concrete roadmap for AI implementation in 90 days. With weekly schedules, checklists and templates you can put to use right away.
Are you still on the fence about AI for your business? Wondering what it really brings in? Many business owners see their investment paid back within 6 to 12 months. One of our clients put €50,000 into AI customer service and had €120,000 back after 8 months, plus 30% more revenue. But what works and what does not? And how do you calculate your own ROI?
